**Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies. - Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations by passing instruments and anticipating needs. - Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. - Maintain and inspect surgical instruments and equipment for proper functioning. - Collaborate with the surgical team to provide efficient and effective patient care. - Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with surgical technology advancements.

Work Experience
**Qualifications:** - completion of a Surgical Technologist program and within the first year of their career pathway. - Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required, BLS - Comprehensive knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -willing to learn all service lines: Trauma General surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, OMFS, Plastics, Vascular, Wound, Neuro, and many more.
